Margaret is an experienced estate planning and elder law attorney who believes that good planning brings peace of mind. Margaret is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude from Texas A&M University – Commerce and received her Juris Doctor from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. Prior to becoming an attorney, Margaret proudly served as a firefighter and paramedic with Dallas Fire and Rescue. With her years of experience, she has helped families across Texas navigate the complexities of wills, trusts, guardianships and estate administrations. Known for her down-to-earth approach, she takes the time to listen and craft solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Whether she’s working with a family to protect assets, helping a client secure benefits, or guiding a loved one through guardianship, she approaches every case with knowledge, compassion, and practicality.
Hallie O'Connor Gordon

Hallie is an estate planning, probate, and elder law attorney committed to helping families navigate life’s legal challenges with clarity and confidence. With a background in psychology and law, she understands that estate planning isn’t just about documents—it’s about protecting what matters most.
Hallie believes legal conversations don’t have to be intimidating, and she’s passionate about making complex issues easier to understand. Whether helping clients set up a trust, guiding them through probate, or planning for long-term care, she takes a direct yet compassionate approach.
Hallie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Texas A&M University in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law in 2019.
